Parent Survey Results 2011

The annual Casterbridge Parent Survey was carried out in July to enable us to understand from our parents what we are doing well and what we can improve upon.

At Little Stars Day Nursery and Preschool 94% of parents were satisfied with the overall experience at the nursery and when asked how likely parents were to recommend us we scored 8.0 out of 10. To summarise the findings, parents love the environment (100% agree), the key person understands their children (94% agree), parents are happy with children’s educational progress (96% agree) and 90% said that the preschool is excellent preparation for school. Parents said they would like more verbal feedback and our administration could be worked on, we are committed to improving these areas.

When asked how likely parents were to recommend us we scored 8 out of 10.
